What strategies do you use to increase comfort in your daily life?

Starting my day without coffee has been a transformative change. I used to be addicted to coffee, relying on it to kickstart my mornings. Now, I’ve embraced a more mindful routine that sets a positive tone for the day.
1. Morning Gratitude and Meditation:
Each morning i like to begin with expressing my gratitude right after i go to the bathroom after waking up. Stating out with im thankful for my soul to return to this body. Then i sing the rest aloud which helps me to genuinely feel appreciation for the blessings in my life. Following this, I engage in a 15-minute meditation session. This practice centers my mind and prepares me for the day ahead.
2. Mantras in the Shower:
While showering, I recite mantras. This simple act infuses my routine with intention and calmness. The repetitive nature of mantras helps in grounding my thoughts and aligning my energy.
3. Midday Mudras for Grounding and Energy:
During the day, whenever I feel anxiety creeping in, I practice mudras. These hand gestures help in grounding my energy, providing a sense of stability and calm. If I start feeling tired at work, I switch to mudras that boost energy, keeping me alert and focused.
4. Pain Relief Mudras:
Occasionally, I experience lower back pain. In these moments, I use specific mudras designed to release tension and alleviate pain in the lower back. This holistic approach helps me manage discomfort without resorting to medication.
On days when I skip my meditation or mantras, I notice a significant difference. It feels like something is missing, and my ADHD symptoms tend to be more pronounced. These practices have become an essential part of my daily routine, offering comfort and balance throughout the day. By focusing on mindfulness and energy alignment, I’ve found natural ways to nurture my well-being.
